Meet Chris
As a second-generation Realtor and resident of Sarasota for over 30 years, Chris has deep roots in the community with a vast network of friends, colleagues and industry professionals. Chris has consistently achieved a top 5% ranking amongst all HomeSmart agents, specializing in coastal and planned communities in Sarasota, Venice and Lakewood Ranch. Chris is known for his exceptional personal service and attention to detail in each real estate transaction. Chris has participated in over 350 real estate transactions and has been involved with over $270 million dollars in real estate sales.
Growing up in Sarasota, Chris attended Pine View School and graduated with a Business Degree specializing in Marketing and Finance from the University of Central Florida. In 2009, Chris joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and gained a great foundation in staging properties, utilizing marketing tools and build local contacts. In 2018, Chris felt he could better serve his customers by engaging in a more entrepreneurial business model with HomeSmart. The HomeSmart model allowed Chris to provide his clients with greater personal attention and offer tailored marketing strategies to his customers. Chris customizes each home with a specific marketing program designed to capture a target market of buyers. These marketing programs are tailored to help seller’s showcase their property to maximize the value of their home. Marketing plans feature professional HDR aerial and still photography, interactive virtual tours, and schematic floor plans through multiple real estate and lifestyle based web sites. Advertisements can also include in the most prominent publications and web sites that reach local, national and international clientele.
Chris and his wife Kristen and their two girls and two dogs enjoys the many cultural and recreational activities that the Sarasota area has to offer.
